Jaret Loggenberg’s debut solo exhibition is an exploration of feminine form, highlighting the vulnerability and strength women possess
Jaret Loggenberg is a South African artist best known for her exploration of the feminine form through the use of “warm natural colours and bold brushstrokes to capture the inherent strength of women”. Her work is celebrated locally and internationally, with her first solo exhibition titled “Gratitude”, she continues to inspire viewers and sow seeds of hope, love, and kindness.
“Gratitude” explores the feminine form through a collection of oil paintings, highlights the vulnerability and strength women possess while serving as a reminder of self-love and respect. Loggenberg draws inspiration from photographs. For this exhibition, she included female portraits as the focal point, as well as “nude studies that showcase the ephemeral quality of women’s lives through emotive facial expressions and figures”.
The exhibition is a commemoration of the significant events that have occurred in Loggenberg’s personal and professional life that include getting and participating in mostly sold out exhibitions in Germany, Austria and Spain last year.

“This collection is very close to my heart and my main aim is to inspire the viewer and sow seeds of hope, love, and kindness,” says Loggenberg. “God made us all unique with different talents and gifts, and I hope my work will remind viewers that they are special and that they can make a personal connection with an artwork that speaks to them,” says Jaret Loggenberg.
This exhibition serves as a testament to her resolution to live life fully and is a celebration of her accomplishments and blessings.
