Our March cover on SA Creatives was nothing short of spectacular. We featured none other than talented contemporary artist, Samurai Farai. During our interview with him, Samurai mentioned his love for cartoons and how they inspired his work. Samurai has always been a fan of comic books and superheroes, and less than month after the cover, an artist by the name Tyresse XVI reimagined his cover into a full-blown superhero illustration and took Samurai’s passion to new heights.

With boundless enthusiasm, Tyresse clearly poured his heart and soul into this project. He meticulously crafted out Samurai, carefully choosing his pose and expressions to convey his unique personalities and abilities. Looking at the artwork, it is clear that Tyresse strived to capture the energy and excitement that was expressed during the original cover shoot.
