Advertising Week Africa and Hartbeat are on a mission to add meaningful impact on the continent, drive value in our industry and beyond
Advertising Week, the world’s largest annual gathering of marketing, media and technology leaders, announced today that Kevin Hart — Hartbeat Chairman, Actor, Comedian and Entrepreneur — will appear at the launch of Advertising Week Africa this February in global partnership with Hartbeat. Appearing on 16 February as a keynote speaker to launch Hartbeat’s new thought leadership series “Branding With Hart,” Hart will be joined onstage by Hartbeat CEO Thai Randolph for an interview conducted by Nelisiwe Mmape, News Anchor and Breakfast Television Co-Host.
Hartbeat is extending its global reach through a series of activations in South Africa and the larger region, with the goal of connecting with consumers and creating bidirectional content and commerce exchange between Hartbeat and the region.
In addition to AWAfrica, Hartbeat activities in the region will also include the red carpet premiere for Die Hart the Movie (making its exclusive theatrical debut in South Africa February 22 and 23rd, 2023), Nelson Mandela Foundation Dinner, a Masibambane School Visit with Education Africa, and Kevin Hart Stand Up Comedy performances in Cape Town and Pretoria of the Reality Check Tour.
