‘Sondela’ hitmakers Venom x Shishiliza are back with yet another hit leading up to the release of their debut album ‘LOVE IS PAIN’
After the success of their platinum single, ‘Sondela’, Venom x Shishiliza continue setting the tone with the release of a Brenda Fassie inspired single ‘Vuka’ featuring Aubrey Qwana, Majorsteez, Howard Gomba and Paula Sibiya. The sophomore single takes samples the baseline of the last Brenda Fassie’s hit song ‘Too Late for Mama.
Staying true to their essence of being a collaborative effort, the duo held a 3 day writing camp where they worked with an array of artists and producers each bringing a different and unique sound to the project. It was at this camp that ‘Vuka’ was created.

“Whenever we were not recording Herc would play old school South African tracks. When Brenda’s song came on, the song pulled everyone in and everyone just started vibing naturally to it.”
