The FIASA Awards, one of the most anticipated events on the South African Fashion calendar, concluded its third annual celebration of SA’s Fashion Industry in a spectacular soiree on Thursday. The glitzy affair, which took place at the Garden Venue, brought together luminaries from the world of fashion, make-up and entertainment, and of course to recognize and honor outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions and recognize the excellence of both our pioneers and present-day creatives.
The awards saluted the triumphs and achievements of the fashion industry and its value chain by recognising and applauding the best in their areas of work from the smallest stitch to the magnificent masterpieces featured in the South African Fashion Industry. Hosted by Penny Lebyane, FIASA awards celebrated ,acknowledged and applauded every sector of the ecosystem for their contribution to the positive growth of the industry, breathed in new life and brought back the trademark vibrancy of the South African creative fashion industry.
The winners of the FIASA awards were selected by a panel of esteemed judges who assessed the nominees in various categories. This year’s recipients demonstrated their unwavering commitment to promoting South African fashion Industry and they serve as shining examples to inspire within South Africa and beyond.
