HYBR SA has partnered with the Creative Business Network to bring creative startups from South Africa onto the international stage, through hosting the 2021 Creative Business Cup South Africa national competition.
The Creative Business Cup is an annual global competition, enrolling participants from more than 80 countries from all over the world. The competition is for creative and innovative startups and is shaped by a shared goal of all the National Partners in Creative Business Network, of connecting and empowering the cultural and creative industries worldwide.

Enter the 2021 Creative Business Cup South Africa national competition.
The competition focuses on startups because its objective is to provide entrepreneurs the opportunity to join an international network and market access. In addition, it aims to help entrepreneurs with improved access to finance through investor readiness initiatives. At its heart is
global networking with startups, investors, companies and governments. Additionally, it aims to actualize capacity building of entrepreneurship organizations. It also provides entrepreneurs with feedback from other startups, investors and industry experts. The main reason you should enter is because this is your chance to represent your country as a national winner at the global finals. And there’s also the chance to win cash money and special prizes at the global finals.
Competition Procedure
Once the applications have been put through the preliminary judge round, the top 10 finalists will be selected to participate in the national finals that will be held on the 26th of May 2021 and broadcast live. The winner of the national finals will proceed to the international finals in June 2021 and represent not just their startup, but their country as well.
