Liquid Light Design crafts beautiful, ultra-modern furniture from a range of perspex and glass.

Once each design piece has been built, lighting is introduced to create a functional piece of art. These subtly lit creations are ideal for grand entrance foyers, hotel lobbies, penthouse apartments etc.

The range consists of servers, dining tables, lamps and chandeliers. All the bespoke pieces are designed and crafted through the use of 3D-modelling software, so unique designs and commissions are welcomed.

All their products are proudly produced in Cape Town using local materials where possible.
The two-man team consisting of Ben Goosen and Joel Pringle from Cape Town, started collaborating in 2012.

Ben left his 8 year IT career to follow his desire to design and build unique furniture items. He particularly loves the challenges within Research and Development to enable us to build objects simply and efficiently.

Joel completed his Masters in Architecture at UCT and went to further his career overseas. After returning to South Africa he joined Liquid Light Design to fulfill his passion for industrial design.

He uses 3D CAD/CAM modelling to convert design-bench ideas into reality.
