This weekend Kay Yarms took to instagram and announced that she is excited to be the new Head Makeup Artist for Scarlet Hill Beauty. The new product line includes more than 200 items spread across 8 categories, such as lipsticks, eyeshadow, BB creams, beauty tools, and perfumes.
