ORMS, a popular destination for photographers and creatives in Cape Town, is inviting entries for its 5th Annual Sea Point Promenade Photographic Exhibition Competition. This exhibition held outdoors in collaboration with Canon and SJ Artists, showcases images that allows viewers to stroll along the promenade.
Unlike past years, this year’s competition is centred around the theme “Wonders Through Focus,” which calls attention to the beauty found in everyday life through macrophotography. According to ORMS marketing manager Alex Ressel, the goal is to challenge photographers to uncover the magic in the ordinary and bring forth the beauty of daily moments.
The backdrop of the sea adds a special touch to the exhibition, making it a powerful experience for both participants and viewers. The competition aims to provide a platform for photographers of all levels to share their work with the public and foster a greater appreciation for the art of photography.
